About me
this is not a usual "About me" page. Imagine meeting me... well, this could be our conversation...
Act 1, Scene 1
The stage is set in a cozy bar in Trieste, Italy. Simone, a young man in his mid-20s, sits at the bar, sipping a glass of red wine. He wears a gray sweater and black jeans, and his violin case is resting on the stool next to him. He seems lost in thought as he stares into his glass.
Suddenly, a middle-aged man named Mario enters the bar and takes a seat next to him. He smiles and greets Simone.
Mario: "Buongiorno! It's a beautiful day outside, isn't it?"
Simone: (looks up from his glass and smiles politely) "Yes, it is. Nice to meet you."
Mario: "My name is Mario. And you are?"
Simone: "I'm Simone. I'm a student at the University of Trieste, studying Materials Engineering. And I also play the violin at the Music Conservatory 'G. Tartini.'"
Mario: (impressed) "Wow, you're quite accomplished for your age! How do you manage to balance your studies and your passion for music?"
Simone: "It's not easy, but I love both so much that I make it work. I also have some work experience as a webmaster and as a junior consultant for the coordination of activities."
Mario: "That's impressive! What else do you like to do in your free time?"
Simone: "I'm also the chairperson for the EESTEC Electrical Engineering Students European Association Local Committee Trieste. It's a great way to meet other students and get involved in the community."
Mario: "That's fantastic! You're quite the busy young man. It's great to see someone so passionate and dedicated to their interests. What are your plans for the future?"
Simone: "I am not entirely sure yet, but I am considering pursuing a career in the energy field or materials science."
Mario: "That's a noble goal. I have no doubt you'll achieve it with your talent and drive. It was great meeting you, Simone. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors."
Simone: "Thank you, Mario. It was nice meeting you too."
The two men raise their glasses and clink them together, smiling. The lights fade to black as the audience hears the sound of glasses clinking in the background.
